A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, I was out shopping for bras. While in one store, I couldn't seem to find any in my size. When I asked an employee for help, they took one look at my chest and said, "Maybe you should try our girls' section, we have a lot of training bras." I'm 25. FML
Today, more time goes by, more I’m going to have to accept that my 13 year-old sister is going to end up with size DD boobs, possibly even bigger, meanwhile I'm turning 25 this year and my boobs are stubbornly stuck at a B. Life ain’t fair. FML
Today, my doctor told me I had "abnormally large breasts." This wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't a 20 year old man. FML
Today, it occurred to me that it’s not normal that I still fit into all my clothes from when I was in high school. I’m 24 and I haven’t outgrown any of my clothes since I was 12. FML
Today, I'm a 23 year-old girl who often has to wear two pairs of socks. I don't have four feet, but I have no boobs. FML
Today, I went to Victoria's Secret to get fitted for a new bra since mine weren't fitting properly. To my amazement, I wasn't a 32A, but a 32AA. I might as well have craters on my chest. FML
Today, thanks to an efficient diet, I reached my target weight. Unfortunately, my chest has disappeared. My boyfriend suggested we have a funeral for my bras. FML
Today, my mother gave me a dress she'd made for herself at twenty five. I’m seventeen. It fits around the stomach but is gappy all around my butt and boobs. Thank you for reinforcing my theory that I’m somehow both flat and fat at the same time, mom. FML
Today, I found my first bra and tried it on. It still fits. FML
Today, when I was a teen, I felt inferior for being flat-chested. So I got a boob job. As an adult, I started yoga and meditation. Then I felt foolish for not embracing my natural self and having plastic stuff in me. Got the implants out. Now I'm happy with my looks but have nerve damage from the procedures. FML

Wow. I hate to say this, because I know it's going to sound rude, but what the hell: lose some weight. Having a 48 band size is insane! Not to mention, if you do lose the weight, your boobs will get smaller which means you will have less back pain. It's a win-win.

Hey Katie aka Nerds . . . First of all, congrats on getting an FML published. Yay! Secondly, I had no idea you're in Oregon. Probably the Portland area . . . not the Southern area of the state where I am. So - small breasts . . . Everyone is telling you, oh, you're still pretty . . . Here's the down low quick and dirty. I've always found you to be extremely attractive. The small breasts? Well, I happen to have something of a fetish for breasts that are THAT small! So in my, er, humble opinion, that just makes you even hotter!!! So I'm sorry, I see no FML. I think F My Life that I'm so much older than a hot young gal like yourself. So there.
