Why fake pleasure? Why not try to teach your boyfriend how to pleasure you, instead of trucking him into thinking he's doing ok. Kind of defeats the purpose for sex.

Sex is a personal thing. Pleasure from it can take a lot of forms. Perhaps OP has trouble reaching orgasim, but enjoys the intimacy. I have never known a man that would be totally cool with the girl not having an orgasim, so she fakes it because it makes things better for both of them. Some people like bondage, others fake it; whatever and however people like their sex, that's none of our business. The reaction to being touched at all is the problem. OP needs help with that one.

Why is it so hard for girls to communicate with their partners instead of faking it. I just politely show my boyfriend what I like and then he proceeds to copy. After all as a girl you should know your body better than anyone so why not show it to your partner as well! Faking it is just cruel!
