Today, I was rushed to the emergency room in crippling pain, thanks to a very dangerous cluster of cysts on my ovaries that could rupture at any time. My boyfriend took this news as my way of denying him sex and broke up with me for "going to obscene lengths" to emasculate him. FML

Today, I found out that I need a hysterectomy. When I told my boyfriend of 2 years, he broke up with me, because he didn't have time to "coddle my feelings". FML
Today, my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time in over a week, because I had been having weird cramps. Afterwards, I was experiencing the worst pain I’ve felt in my entire life, so we went to the ER. Turns out my cramping was from an ovarian cyst, and having sex made it rupture. FML
Today, I finally had sex after a year-long dry spell. It caused an ovarian cyst to rupture and ended up with me in the ER. I'm afraid to ever have sex again. FML
Today, me and my boyfriend had sex but stopped when I felt pain downstairs. That evening he wanted me to go to the emergency room but I wanted to sleep it off. Turned out I needed surgery. One of my fallopian tubes had ripped. The sex was so rough, I got an intravenous hemorrhage. FML
Today, I was having the worst period cramps you could ever imagine. I cancelled the date I had with my "boyfriend." He replied, “Isn’t there some medicine you can take to make it go away?” When I told him I did and still had them, he said, “Fine, lose my number, I’ll find a girl who doesn’t have that shit.” FML
Today, after being admitted to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain, my boyfriend shouted out in front of my parents, "At least she isn't pregnant!" FML
Today, I had to take an emergency contraceptive. I was talking to my boyfriend about it, and I told him that my stomach really hurt. His response? "Aw. That's just the baby dying." FML
Today, I found out I have endometriosis… Which doesn't mix well with a horny boyfriend. FML
Today, the crush I've had for months finally came over to my place for the first time. It didn't last long however, as I suddenly had to go to the ER for severe testicular pain. FML
Today, I had surgery on my "girl parts" and can't have sex for six weeks. My boyfriend sees no need to spend any time with me until I heal up. FML

As someone in the medical field I'll say that the majority of women have ovarian cysts at some point in time and that they usually cause no symptoms and dissolve on their own. They can, though, create a dull ache or a sharp pain if one twists or ruptures. Hope OP knows for sure if it's cyst or tumor

Yep, I have PCOS so I have little ones cause pain fairly regularly. The larger ones have been known to cause the whole ovary to twist or rupture, I'd assume that's what OP has.

Oh, my goodness! That sounds awful! I hope you're doing better now, OP. And don't worry about him, because he's either too self-centered to ever be able to care about you, too stupid to know how to take a shit on his own, or both. You will find someone who truly loves you and is willing to go to the ends of the earth for you, even if you can't have sex for awhile. I hope you feel better, both physically and emotionally. I'm sure all of this just really has to suck.
