MOVE!

Today, the car in front of me in the drop-off area at my son's school parked, and the driver got out. I basically leaned on my horn and gave her every dirty look in the book. She said nothing but stared at me as she opened the back of her van to unload her child's wheelchair. I'm an asshole. FML

It's not like you knew that she was going to unload a wheelchair. The world is full of entilted people who think usual social considerations apply to everyone else but them and, unfortunately, you mistook her for one. At least you feel bad about it and will probably grant someone the benefit of the doubt in the future. Lesson learned.

I bet OP's kid felt bad.

Hope you rolled down your window and apologized.

You hit the nail on the head OP. Shame on you

Yeah, you are just the worst kind of person....

I'm not going to tell you something you already know, but don't beat yourself up over it. I'm guessing it won't happen again.

Totally agree with #39; the drop off zone is just that. There are other areas for assisting your child to school. I would've thought the van would have a placard or plate designation for handicap.
