Today, I flushed the toilet while my boyfriend was showering. He responded by throwing a huge fit, saying how if he “gets a cold” from being “forced” to shower in cold water, I’m gonna “have to stay home and take care of him until he’s better.” FML
Today, my boyfriend informed me that he can't remember the last time he took a shower. He then told me he doesn't see the "need" of taking showers. FML

Personally I would argue that disappointment is different than being mad. I get being bummed out that the desire doesn't get filled, but getting mad at the person for it is a red flag.

You need to tell him the truth about why you don't want to have shower sex. Is it possible to try to have sex on your shower chair, though?

Considering the numerous other ways intimacy can be achieved, it sounds like he is being incredibly disrespectful and not acknowledging your boundaries - regardless of the reason you are saying no. I would suggest telling him your reasoning and seeing if he tells you to get over it or if he understands and stops asking. Your reasons are valid.

You need to be open and honest in your relationship. Follow that up with a trip to the doctor to figure out why you are throwing up in the shower. Once you do all of that you two can finally figure out that shower sex is absolutely awful and nothing like they portray it to be in **** and movies. Tap water is a terrible lubricant
