Today, two days before a big weight lifting competition with a $3,000 grand prize, I broke my arm. FML
Today, I sprained an arm muscle while pretending to lift weights. FML
Today, I found out that I'm highly-placed in my wrestling competition this year. I also found out that I have mono and won't be able to take part for at least the first half of the competition. FML
Today, at school I pulled my bicep muscle arm wrestling. I lost. He was 14. I'm the 23 year old security guard. FML
Today, I had to buy a wrist brace for a repetitive strain injury. I got the injury because I was knitting too much. I'm 22. FML
Today, my girlfriend thought she was stronger than me so we arm wrestled. She won. I used both hands. FML
Today, I realized how weak I truly am when I tore a muscle in my hand trying to discreetly fix a wedgie. FML
Today, I went to the gym to try to get into shape. I pulled a muscle taking my sweater off in the locker room. FML
Today, I tried to impress my wife by doing a bunch of push-ups, despite having a bad shoulder. She told me my form sucks and that I'm an idiot. Now I can barely move my arm and I'm going to have to get it fixed. FML
Today, a doctor examined my wrist, which is completely swollen and painful. He diagnosed a case of tendonitis and asked me, "Do you use this hand for a particular sort of sport?" I just smiled like a twit. FML

As a fellow competitive arm wrestler I understand exactly what you're going through. A torn tendon is a very common injury, but it's better than a blown out elbow or a full on break. Keep up the good work and keep winning those tourneys. I don't care what anyone says, arm wrestling is an intense sport. You gotta have strength, technique, and that mental edge... which you obviously have. Let's post up! I'm lookin for someone to take my undefeated record from me!
