Today, while working at my job at a nursing home, I slipped and fell. It wouldn't be so bad if it was just water. No, one of the residents had just had an "accident". FML

YLS yes but YDI coz you did not take into account that with age you loose control over certain muscles in your body, and if she has an UTI, she wont be able to control it.

#58, I'm sure OP knows all about urinary incontinence. It happens all the time if you work in a nursing home. It's just unfortunate that she happened to slip and fall in it.

I totally understand. I work at one as well and last night I walked into someone's room and there was water everywhere. Someone left her sink on, and was discovered too late. D:
