Today, my sister was playing a rock star in a play. When she got home, she told me she used one of my old guitars, because I told her it was ok. I said she could take one to practice on, not destroy on stage. FML

Today, my mother started nagging me for spending $500 on a guitar, stating that, "We're not in the mood for unnecessary bullcrap." I paid for it with MY money, and she suddenly turned up at MY house because my father kicked her out of their house after finding out that she cheated on him. FML

Today, my sister and mom were arguing. My sister was being really nasty to my mom, and decided to get nasty with me and drag me into the argument. Naturally, I got nasty back at her and we started fighting. My mom yelled at me for getting nasty with my sister, and kicked me out of the house for “being too nasty.” FML

Today, I had to explain to my little sister that not all guitars are supposed to have a hole in them, that when I was talking about "breaking it in" I didn't mean I'd smash a hole in it, and that she shouldn't have taken a hammer to my expensive new guitar. FML

man, as a fellow guitar player, I feel for you on this. That's bullshit. Hearing a guitar thats worth so much go and get smashed just cause she has a temper tantrum, it's ****** up. I suggest beating her ass till she pays for another identical or vintage guitar or you break her shit till it adds up to a grand.

That really sucks man. It's totally inappropriate for your sister to destroy your possessions to vent her anger. If she's angry at your mom, shouldn't your sister break your mom's stuff as opposed to yours. If she doesn't pay up, I'd say it's perfectly fine to mess up $1000 of her stuff or just completely ruin her life by spreading nasty rumors about her. Tell people that she's got herpes, crabs, and syphilis; it's totally alright.

What the hell did she break it on? Guitars are build tough and smashing it again anything that's not concrete would do more damage to it than the guitar itself.
