Today, I was walking around town with the girl I have loved for four years and have been 100% faithful to. A girl thought it would be funny to approach me and pretend she was the girl I was seeing, and that I was cheating on her. My girlfriend believed her and broke up with me. FML

Today, I was shopping with my girlfriend, when a girl came out of nowhere, screaming at me for cheating on her, and saying she was dumping me. I've never seen her before, and she was almost grinning during her little act, but my girlfriend believed it, and I'm now single. FML

Random people will/have done things like that. I know a friend of mine did that once at a bar after a guy proposed (not nice, at all) to his girlfriend. Don't underestimate people's cruelty. =/

Be glad you found out now. It would be much worse if you were married and she believes every lie that some flaky bat decides to make up. There are people out there that take great delight in causing problems between people. Stay away from them and the people gullible enough to believe them.

that sucks, but i dont believe that's the full story. surely there must have been something you could've done to prove you didn't know her? like ask what's your name, your birthday? you should've kept asking until she gave up the game.
