Today, I was walking around town with the girl I have loved for four years and have been 100% faithful to. A girl thought it would be funny to approach me and pretend she was the girl I was seeing, and that I was cheating on her. My girlfriend believed her and broke up with me. FML

Random people will/have done things like that. I know a friend of mine did that once at a bar after a guy proposed (not nice, at all) to his girlfriend. Don't underestimate people's cruelty. =/

I feel shitty just reading this. Sounds awful whether it's true or not.

For those of you saying "Random people don't do that!" They do. I've seen it before and its possibly one of the many horrible things dumbasses decide to joke about. If this is true FYL. go make up with your girlfriend.

ohh my goshh you poor guy! that's awful! but if you tried to explain it and she didn't believe you, then maybe she's just not the girl for you

you probably did the random girl and just don't remember because you were wasted

Lol dude that is hilarious! Not your gf breaking up with you, that really sucks. But that girl is ******* awesome! That is something i wish i could do but i would be afraid to

You are an asshole if you want to do that to some innocent person. Breaking people up for your own amusement is not cool.

Oh my....people sometimes....makes me want to curl up into a hole and plot a takeover of the world to get rid of them (at least the ones like that). I've had that sort of happen. My ex and I, who were (still are??) very good friends were talking one night and he got all "I love you, I miss you, I can't get over you no matter how hard I try" And I, being honest, told him I missed him too. (I was the one who broke up with him, but only because I moved three provinces away) Well anyways the very next day his current girlfriend messages me and asks me if I've spoken to him because they're going out and he didn't tell me. (They broke up, and now he has a new gf and I haven't heard from him since so I guess he actually likes her...and I told him not to treat her any differently than he had treated me) But yeah, girls are really evil sometimes...possibly more so than men because when they do decide to do damage, it usually lasts longer and has a worse effect.

If she broke up with you over that, she might have been cheating on you anyway and looking for a quick excuse to get out of the relationship. Just saying :/
