First, your daughter needs to be informed of the function and purpose of window-blinds. Second, I have to be honest- I'd be thinking of legal proceedings, not posting on FML. Maybe FML *after* charges were filed. In which case the FML would read "I had to file charges against my neighbor who has been spying on my daughter while she's in the bathroom. FML" gtfo and find a laywer, hack.
