My take on that would be that he isn't at fault if he didn't know OP's wives were already with someone else. If he did know, he's just as much to blame.

Put up signs around your neighborhood with his picture saying Keep your wives away from this guy, he will F@$k them! All the guys will hate him and he'll probably be totally embarrassed or you can just go luck him in the balls with steel toe shoes as he asks why just say "you know know what you did!!! "
