You know, I'm adopted from a hell bent family. My birthparents got divorced. My fosterparents got divorced. My adoptive parents are still together. I'm sorry if that sounded offensive. But dogs dont backtalk and have attitudes like you people do. I'm not surprised the parents want the dog more than their own kids. ASK before you assume.

Well its harder to split the dog then have a 50% clause with kids. Like you spend the week at moms and the next at dads.. be kinda dumb to do with a dog.

joint custody they dont need to fight over u. people whos parents are still together know nothing about it. get ready to go on 20 min drives everyday. get used to packing. and prepare to meet new people as in ur parents new bf/gf. haha get used to it kid shit happens

agree with 55. it aint tht bad if they get joint custody. plus my parents split when i was in kindergarden. so i guess im over it but its A different way of living
