Today, while walking to my car after work, I witnessed some moron who was texting while riding her bike running right into my parked car, resulting in a broken side mirror, a damaged windshield, two dents, and for her, a broken phone and nose. She's threatening to sue me for damages. FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, a girl with her eyes glued to her phone bumped my arm going in the opposite direction on the sidewalk. She dropped her phone, chased me to the bus stop, and told everyone that I broke it. She threatened to call the police. FML
Today, I got into an accident and my bike broke. My insurance expired 5 days ago and the accident wasn't even my fault. The lady was on the phone and on the wrong side of the road. She's threatening to sue me even though her car is in better condition. There are no witnesses and no cameras either. FML
Today, I accidentally bumped into another car on the road. The worst of the damage was a slight chip to the other driver's paint, but she played it up so much that she ended up being taken away in an ambulance. I'm now terrified that the crazy bitch is going to sue me. FML
Today, a woman rear-ended my car. She's trying to sue me for 'emotional damage'. FML
Today, I saw a woman still texting on her phone as she started to drive away when the light turned green. I made sure to stare her down and give her a dirty look because she wasn't paying attention to driving. She laughed as I rear-ended the car in front of me. FML
Today, while I was walking to class, I was hit by a car. The driver stopped to let me cross in front of her, started moving again, hit me, and then yelled at me, saying it was my fault for walking in front of her. FML
Today, I was stopped in traffic when a woman rear-ended me, backed up, and sped off along the shoulder, taking my passenger side mirror with her. FML
Today, to keep my phone safe while I went on some rides, I took it out of my pocket so I could put it in my bag. Just as I pulled it out, a woman ran into me, knocking my phone to the ground and breaking the screen. FML
Today, a woman in an SUV rolled a stop sign and hit me, resulting in simultaneously twisting my foot in my bike and being knocked into oncoming traffic. Her excuse before I went to the ER? The sun was in her eyes. FML
Today, I pulled up next to a lady who was trying to text, smoke, and drive. My brother said that she was probably going to cause an accident. He was right. At the next light, she hit us. She then yelled that I purposely caused the accident because, "that's how teenagers are." FML

No problem. If she wants to sue you, then that means you can get her personal information and sue her for the damages she caused to your car.

Please tell me there were surveillance cameras nearby. People like that piss me off. There is no excuse for texting while driving, even if your vehicle is a bike. Hell, that's even more dangerous, because it offers less protection than the inside of a car. And she dares threaten to sue you for damages that she herself caused? Bullshit! Counter-sue her ass! And please, check for security cameras.

I understand this in part. I did that at age 9, biking while reading the newspaper in the rain. (I am 59 now.). There were no witnesses to my stupidity, so unlike this girl, I decided against creating any. As she apparently enjoys telling the world that she is an idiot, I hope you can keep a straight face in public.

Your point of impact supports your version. Try to get the surveillance from the parking structure- sometimes they'll give it to you, sometimes they won't. Worse comes to worse it'll be your word versus hers due to a lack of witnesses.
