Today, my girlfriend of six months yelled at me for not comforting her while she was crying because her ex got a new girlfriend, and "it's just not fair." FML

Today, I got in an argument with an ex-girlfriend who kept tactlessly bragging to me about her new boyfriend. I told her to read what she'd sent me, then pretend her boyfriend was telling her that. Fifteen minutes later, her boyfriend calls me, yelling for making her feel sad. FML
Today, my girlfriend actually yelled, "Why are you making this all about YOU?!" after I confronted her over cheating on me. FML
Today, my girlfriend broke up with me because "we don't communicate enough". She got her friend to tell me this for her. FML
Today, I told my girlfriend about a huge fight I had with my female best friend. This friend no longer wants anything to do with me, and I was obviously upset about it. Instead of being supportive, all my girlfriend said was, "Well maybe now you'll shut the fuck up about her for once." FML
Today, I woke up to my girlfriend sobbing so I went over to comfort her. She didn't want to talk about it, but was inconsolable. I called her best friend to help out, as maybe it's easier for her to talk to a woman instead. I found out from her friend that my partner's ex got his new girlfriend pregnant. That's why. FML
Today, my girlfriend's best friend was dumped, and was absolutely depressed. My girlfriend thought she'd show her sympathy by breaking up with me so they "could be single together." FML
Today, my girlfriend was crying. I asked her what was wrong, and she said her husband was going to divorce her for seeing me. FML
Today, and as of late, my girlfriend of 6 months has been getting distant with me, but reassures me that she still loves me. I found out she was hanging out with her ex-girlfriend of two years. They even went out to dinner, and she didn't tell me. I was planning on taking her out tonight too, and I only found out because my friend ran into them. FML
Today, my girlfriend tearfully complained that I was smothering her to death with my clinginess, and that I should learn to respect her boundaries. This is after she complained I wasn't giving her enough attention. FML
Today, my girlfriend broke up with me because she found out that her ex cheated on her when they were together, so she pegged all men the same, saying she was done with relationships, and didn't care if she hurt me or not. FML

I wouldn't. Some girls are all: "omg, he's got a new gf and she's hotter than me!" and get all jealous when in reality they should just focus on maintaining happiness in their own relationship(s). 'Tis a bit petty to obsess over past exes, and wish misery upon them.

32, if they're jealous that means there's feeling there. if friends mention it to her and she's like "cool" then she doesn't have any feeling. yes girls will compare others to themselves and she's probably compared herself other exes new girl but she's actually bothered by the fact that he's got a new girl.

If you are over someone, you shouldnt be jealous. When I told my best friend I was in love with her ex (I felt so guilty) she even gave me advice on what he likes, because she was over him and happy with another guy. It doesnt have to be hard.

Exactly, op needs to see where he stands in the mix. If I was op, I would of felt like I was a pity boyfriend, or that I wasn't even her boyfriend. That I was just some guy who she occasionally let me put my face between her legs.

He should comfort her then dump her. What kind of person does that to their current bf? If it was a casual relationship with only one or two dates between them then it would make sense. But since it isn't he should dump her.

I couldnt agree more 7. If it was after a short period of time and they broke up with you, I could understand feeling angry at them, but not being really sad that you arent with them. you deserve better than someone who doesnt want to be with you.
