Today, after months of being pestered to do so, I finally read the first Harry Potter book. I hated it. Upon hearing this, my girlfriend posted the fact on Facebook, where I immediately received tons of abuse and eventual shunning by my friends, family, and coworkers. My girlfriend just laughed. FML

Today, I had to endure my girlfriend crying and screaming at me. The reason? I'm not able to please her like the fictional character Christian Grey in 50 Shades of Grey. When she left me, she took all her stuff and left me with copies of the three books. FML

Harry Potter is a reason why a lot of people start to begin reading again, which leads to reading books like LOTR and other classic books. Yes, LOTR is a classic book because it has spanned several generations. When people begin reading again it leads to a more intelligent population. my question to you is would you rather idiots running the country or people who know what they are talking about? I am sorry if I sound rude I do not mean to be but if people do not find reading amusing then they are missing out on reaching their potential.
