Today, my friend was complaining about how fat she was. To make her feel better I said, "Psh, you're not fat! In fact we're about the same weight!" She looked at me for a second, then burst into tears sobbing, "I'm fat! I'm fat!" FML

Today, I told my boyfriend that I gained a few pounds and thought I looked fat. He replied that I looked the same and that I shouldn't worry because he likes fat girls. I never thought I was fat before this. FML
Today, I was taking a customer's order when she said she'd better go for a salad, because she was getting fat. She was actually very slim, so I told her she wasn't fat at all. She took one look at me and snorted, "Yeah, not compared to you, that's for sure." FML
Today, I was hanging out at a friend's house. Her adorable 5 year-old sister came up, gave me a hug, and said, "You're fat. When are you going home?" FML
Today, my 6-year-old daughter walked into the bathroom where I was grumbling about my weight. Seeing how upset I was, she took my hand and said, "Mom, you're not fat. You just look fat." FML
Today, I got to see my best friend for the first time in months. Her first reaction was to say, "Wow, you gained a lot of weight." I actually lost a fair bit. FML
Today, I was arguing with a friend over whether or not I'm fat. She kept telling me that I was. Angry, I sat down on the chair beside her. It broke. FML
Today, I came home crying and informed my mother that someone had called me a 'fat bitch' today. She held me at arms length, looked me straight in the eyes, and lovingly said, "You can't change who you are." FML
Today, my friend was complaining to me that she's gained 20 pounds and it's all gone to her butt and boobs. Meanwhile, I've also gained 20 pounds, and it's gone straight to my stomach. She looks better than she did before. FML
Today, a coworker told me I was "fat shaming" them by discussing weight loss with other coworkers. FML
Today, I went to my parents' house. I recently lost about 30 lbs. My mom hugged me and said, "Aww, you're not my chubby baby girl anymore." She then said she wished I were still fat because she missed it. She's the reason I lost the weight; she used to tease and taunt me. Thanks Mom. FML

Don't let it get to you...your friend probably thinks anyone that isn't supermodel-thin is too big. hahaha the ad I'm getting on the side says "ARE YOU FAT? Take the fat test, we will let you know!" And there's a picture of a really fat old dude from the side. Maybe you should take the fat test? xD

This reminds me of something I read somewhere: Fat girls have skinny friends because it makes them feel skinnier. Skinny girls have fat friends for the same reason. (I'm not saying I believe this.)

#23, well gee, I'm sorry...I didn't take time to read every comment before posting. And on a lot of sites people get different ads based on what info the ads get from the websites about you. Like facebook, for instance. So it's not all that far-fetched for people here to be seeing different ads.

Your friend is just fishing for compliments (annoying bitch), and if you didn't think of either of you as fat before, you aren't. You're just normal, as opposed to unhealthily stick-thin. Next time just tell her, yes. Yes you are fat. Stop complaining about it, or let me help you change your diet and exercise habits.
