Today, my sister announced her pregnancy at my husband's funeral. FML
Today, I found out my brother doesn't have a problem with "keeping it in the family". It's now up to me to explain why our cousin is pregnant with his kid. FML
Today, my husband came clean to having an affair with my sister. I later found out my other sister encouraged the affair because she thought they'd be a cute couple. FML
Today, I just found out that my sister slept with the guy that I have had a crush on for years and that she may or may not be pregnant with his child. FML
Today, my brother-in-law's wife sent me a text venting about her argument with our mother-in-law. She also said said some nasty things about her and I mistakenly shared this info with my “trusted” husband, who immediately told his hot-tempered-momma's girl-IDGAF attitude older sister, who now plans on beating her ass. This is bad. FML
Today, my ex husband is marrying my sister. FML

I feel for you.... Just not right that infidelity should manifest itself like that. I'm sorry for your loss. It certainly is a loss. While I don't agree with taking all of the money from the OP's husband, I do agree that the biggest concern for their child will be the kind of people raising him/her. Both parents sound like they have serious emotional problems, especially the OP's sister. After all, if you don't care about a family member enough not to do this to them you probably have a very skewed sense of familial bonds, loyalty, honesty, love, compassion, and any real sense of right from wrong. While it's not right to take out anger and resentment on a child who had no part in this, except being the effect of two peoples wrong-doing, I think letting the guilty pair have less consequences because of the child will only heighten their sense of entitlement and superiority.
