Today, my bag got stolen with all of my belongings at the beach. After being forced to ask strangers for money, I then travelled home on the train for an hour, wearing only a bikini. FML

Today, I arrived at the airport only to find my suitcase was lost and my 3 weeks worth of clothes and supplies gone. All I had left was my wallet and carry ons. Upon leaving the airport I was mugged. FML
Today, I was at the beach. I'd recently decided to try the "life hack" where you empty out a bottle of lotion and hide small valuables in it, to avoid them being stolen. I'd put the bottle in my bag. Instead of stealing stuff from inside it, though, someone just stole the whole bag. FML
Today, I fell asleep with my luggage at a bus terminal. Upon waking up, I found that someone had opened my bags and stolen all my socks. FML
Today, I went to retrieve my stolen wallet from a train station. After I collected it, I returned to the place where I'd parked my bike, only to find that my bike had been stolen. FML
Today, I spent my entire paycheck on a new summer wardrobe. I then left my shopping bags on the train. FML
Today, my only pair of shoes that I brought got stolen at the airport while I was being checked by security. I'm now stuck 1000 miles from home with no shoes. FML
Today, I was swimming in the ocean with my best friend and a giant wave came and knocked off the bottom of my bikini. My friend told me that she would go get another bottom so I could walk onto the very crowded beach. She left me for half an hour, laughing from the shore with her entire family. FML
Today, at the beach, my boyfriend picked me up and carried me over his shoulder. I felt my bikini top come undone in the process. I panicked and pulled down on his shorts. We were fined for indecent exposure. FML
Today, my bag, including phone, money, keys and cards, was stolen. In a church. During my wedding. FML
Today, I fell asleep listening to my music and tanning at the beach. Not only did I wake up with a sunburn, but my iPhone had been stolen. FML

Contrary to popular belief, our parents were young once. I know, I know, the knowledge that they were comes as quite a shock to you. Personally, I love hearing stories from my parents' youth. Not only do I sometimes learn valuable lessons but I can also chuckle along with them.

Touché. Well, from what I've seen on FML, people can often be more cruel to the people posting the FML. I don't see a lot of nice people helping the op out after something bad happens to the op originally, usually it's a snowball effect.

That is why you should get out what you really need, like sunblock, your towels, and maybe lunch, and leave the more important belongings inside the car with the lock on. That's what I do at least. FYL, and good luck replacing everything.

I agree and to quite disturbing. I honestly think these new "trends" lead the teen pregnancy because the way they dress and they change their attitudes to more...throwing themselves out there. I really hate to see the future clothing ... If there is any at that.
