Today, my 8 year old son cut his own hair. He did a better job than I ever did. I'm a hairdresser. FML
Collection
Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, my 4-year-old son cut half of my hair when I was asleep because he thought I would look better that way. FML
DIY Haircuts
Today, I cut my own hair. It looks great. Absolutely professional. From the front, that is. FML
Today, my son told me he needed a haircut. I was thrilled that he actually requested it, since he normally throws a fit over getting them. He described the cut he wants. It's a mullet. FML
Today, while my mother-in-law visited, I asked if she wouldn't mind watching my son for 10 minutes as I had run out of baby shampoo. I came back home to see she had shaved his head completely bald. That was his very first haircut. FML
Follicularly challenged
Today, I took my 5 year-old son to the barbershop. When the barber had finished with him, I told the barber, "While we're here, I might as well get a trim too." My son then exclaimed loudly inside a very full barbershop, "Dad! You don't need a haircut, you need hair!" FML
Today, my 7 year old brother decided that it would be fun to cut off my hair. I woke from a long nap after working the late shift, to about 15 inches of my long blonde hair all over my bed and floor. I now have bloody bald spots and really choppy hair about 3 inches long. He got away with it. FML
Today, I let my friend cut my hair and after a few minutes, she looked at what she had done and then she ran out of the room, laughing. FML
**** my shit up
Today, my four-year-old daughter thought it'd be funny to cut my hair while I was sleeping. FML
Haircut, haiiiiiirccuuuuuut
Today, after we went and spent $30 to get our two youngest boys hair cut last weekend, they snuck my beard trimmer and had a go at doing it themselves. Guess whose heads are buzzed now. FML
Today, I was napping when my little brother cut off huge chunks of my hair. He thought it would turn me into the older brother he always wanted. He's 8. FML

Smuggle him in to work while wearing an oversized smock, let him cut your customers' hair, and rack up the big tips! He won't need school -- he's a natural barber!

well now you can ask him for pointers and tips

Use this to your advantage! Hire him as your worker. Then just chill in the office playing Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction, and at the end of the shift, pay your kid in Oreos Double Stuf. Win-win!

This is great news! Hire him as your newest employee. Now you can just sit in your office and play Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and level up your necromancer, and then at the end of the shift, pay your son in Oreo Double Stuf cookies! It's a win-win situation.

Dang it! My comment wouldn't appear the first time, and now it's there twice. Sad day. To the staff: Could you delete the second posting as well as this?

Hide him in your hat so he can control how you cut hair like in Ratatouille.
