Today, marks the fourth straight night that my girlfriend has screamed and cried in fear, scratching and kicking me in her sleep. The reason? I took her to see Paranormal Activity 3. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, my girlfriend and I went to see a horror movie. It ended up scaring her so badly that she refused to leave our bed all night long, even to pee. I have to clean the mattress now. FML
Today, I went to see the latest Paranormal Activity movie with my mother. We were terrified and held hands at one point. The person sitting behind us thought it would be hilarious to abruptly scream into my mother's ear. She reacted by flailing and driving her arm straight into my face. FML
Today, I went to see Paranormal Activity 2 with my boyfriend. In hopes of him putting his arm around me or holding my hand, I told him that I was very scared and pretended to cry a little. He told me to be quiet because I was ruining the movie for him. Then he moved seats. FML
Obsessed
Today, and ever since my girlfriend and I watched the movie Obsession, she now thinks it's funny to watch me sleep, screams "STAAAAY!!" whenever I move when we're cuddling, and stands still by the door with a giant smile whenever I come home. FML
Today, I asked a girl I like to the movies. Wanting her to lean on me and stay in my arms during the movie, I chose a horror film. I screamed like a pussy the whole time. FML
Out of it
Today, after my girlfriend had a nightmare this morning, I stayed home because she has really bad anxiety issues. A couple of hours later, she's pissed because I said I would stay up, but I fell asleep. FML
Scary
Today, I took my girlfriend to a scary movie, hoping I could comfort her at a scary part. Instead when a scary part came on, she reacted by throwing up all over my lap and the person in front of us. FML
Tubular Bells starts playing…
Today, my mother thought it would be funny to sneak into my room at night and scream like a demon, after I'd explained to her how scared I was of The Exorcist movie I had just seen. She claims it wasn't her. FML
Jump scare
Today, I was watching a horror movie with my girlfriend. Suddenly, the killer jumped on screen. My girlfriend screamed. I pissed myself. FML
Spooky season special
Today, I was having a movie night with my significant other. I suggested a classic horror movie binge, and she agreed. However, as soon as the movie started, she fell asleep and started snoring louder than a chainsaw. It's hard to take scary movies seriously with the sounds of a chainsaw going on, I tell you. FML

That "screaming in fear" and "kicking and scratching" is called being possesed. GET HER TO AN EXORCIST, NOW!!!!!

I don't think hitting and scratching would do much good against a paranormal entity, but maybe that's just me.

Did anybody else not find those movies scary, but a little funny?

I only saw the first one, and that movie was just annoying as hell. All the guy does the whole time is goof around, and all she does is yell "Micah!" in her stupid, high-pitched, whiny voice. It wasn't scary, I just wanted to punch that woman.

Its really not that good. I mean yeah I jumped a few times and was amazed at some of the footage, but like none of the stuff that was in the previews was in the movie.

The movie isn't even scary. Is she a wuss or something? Tell her to toughen up.

Oh my god, people. Some people are sensitive to those movies, calling people a wuss over the INTERNET isn't going to help.

And to think, it doesn't lay a hand on the real thing. Pray you don't have to witness it with her around.

maybe you should start filming this just in case...

"Today, it's been four days since I had a proper nights sleep. Every night, I've had nightmares and woken up screaming, because my boyfriend took me to see Paranormal Activity 3. FML." Yeah, I'd probably say she's not having the time of her life, either. And for the record, I'd react the exact same way, I'm just sensitive to scary or violent stuff, and in general to bright, fast, or noisy things.
