Today, is my high school graduation. Last night I read online that you can use apple cider vinegar to help with head dandruff, so I tried it out. Now, no matter how much product or perfume I use, I still smell like a giant walking fart. My graduation is in a couple of hours. FML

just wash your hair next time...

Apple cider vinegar is meant to be used as a diluted rinse. You rinse your scalp with it, and then shampoo and conditioner as normal. You could also use coconut oil and let that sit on your head for a few hours then wash because most likely you have a dry scalp or a fungus. ACV is used on horses for rain rot so if you have a fungus at least you know it'll clear it right up!

never ever try a new "diy beauty tip" within 48 hours of a major event.

Why not just wash it out and use regular shampoo?

I use head and shoulders works great!

Where is the YDI button when you need it? You never ever try out new things just before an important event... and no, this definitely couldn't have happened to me, FML team! Get back the YDI button

Did the YDI button go away?

It appears to have been added now. When the fml was posted the second option was the new "this could've happened to me"

yeah, you're suppose to mix 2 Tbsp of vinegar with 8 oz of water and use that on your hair. You don't just start dumping vinegar on your head.

That's what you get for believing the Internet

There's a lesson to be learned for you.

Should've done tea tree oil. Plus, it's not like using ACV once was gonna completely cure your dandruff. Always do your research first

But did it work?

Your pictures will come out fine. Unless you have a fancy new smell-o-vision camera!
