Today, I got my crush's phone number. I started texting him and once I told him who it was, he stopped replying. FML
Today, a cute guy asked for my phone number and I gladly gave it to him. I was feeling really good about myself for getting hit on by the star football player. That was until he called 8 times and left 5 messages. In 2 hours. FML
Today, I was approached by the head cheerleader, and she asked for my number. I was so excited that I gave it to her without question. Then she smiled, and walked away. Too bad my girlfriend was right behind me when it happened. FML

Today, a girl I've been crushing on for over a year finally gave me her number. I lost the note at home, but found it a few hours later. I excitedly called, only to find she'd written down the number for the local Pizza Hut. FML
Today, the really cute guy who asked for my number last night texted me. He wanted to know if he could get my friend's number, because he'd been too shy to ask her directly. FML
Today, I gave my crush my number in a note that said "Read in private." Not only did she read it in front of her friends, she also laughed at it. FML

so is it bad that he wants to root for you during games and tell people he knows you? consider it. i he cheers for you, the chances he might start to like you increase. just don't get yourself hurt in the game to stand out. Noone is worth you going to the hospital.

It's not that bad! He probably thought that it was adorable. Plus, it was a poor choice of wording, Number is more for phone than jersey. =)

ewww shut up mix it IS embarrassing, it would make a lot of girls feel kinda dumb for thinking that he meant PHONE number psh. but you're not dumb haha it was an honest mistake, seriously JERSEY number? who does that? lol it's not as common as phone number so relax, even if it is a tad bit embarrassing
