Today, I had to go through the embarrassment and pain of telling my parents I was pregnant. I took the test and it came out positive and I was freaking out. I got grounded for the rest of the year and they're really disappointed in me. Five minutes ago, I got my period. FML

Today, my parents are freaking at me because I just got my report and I failed my first year of college. They told me they have never been more disappointed in me. I have to tell them that I'm also pregnant. FML

Today, my mom accused me of being pregnant. She wouldn't believe me when I told her I'm a virgin, and she challenged me to take a pregnancy test. It came back with a false positive. FML

Today, I went to the doctor, because I've been having stomach pains and nausea for weeks. He ended up gravely telling me I'm pregnant. I freaked out and panicked about what my parents would say. Then his laughter reminded me that I'm a guy. A really stupid one. FML
Today, I told my boyfriend that I've missed my period, and that I think I might be pregnant. He started panicking and ended up puking in the toilet. FML

56: Go preach somewhere else. to the OP: That really sucks. Also, don't rely on your period as assurance that you are not pregnant. Some women have them a couple months after conceiving, so go to planned parenthood and get checked again. If you are not pregnant, talk it out with your parents and explain that you made some bad choices and understand your mistakes, hopefully once they calm down they'll go a bit easier on you. I'm not supportive at all of the "wait until marriage or you're a rotten *****" mindset, but I do feel that if you are not prepared to face the consequences (abortion or not) of getting pregnant, you're not ready for sex.
