Today, I had a lady come in to order a pizza. She wanted to use a free delivery coupon. After telling her several times that she couldn't use a free delivery coupon, unless she was having the pizza delivered, she told me I have horrible people skills. FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I was working drive thru and took a huge order. When the people pulled around to the window, they handed me a stack of coupons. None of the coupons were even related to what they ordered. They made me change their order to fit the coupons because they couldn't read. FML
Today, I was told that I was an idiot by a little girl because I didn't deliver a pizza to her house fast enough. FML
Today, I was verbally harassed by a customer because I wouldn’t give her special treatment after her meal was incorrect. I offered her a refund and a coupon for a free meal, which she refused before calling me a stupid kid who wouldn’t do anything to help her. FML
Today, as a pizza delivery driver, I delivered to a customer with young kids. She gave the pizzas to one of her kids to take inside, where the kid dropped them and it went everywhere. She then rang the store and claimed that I'd dropped the pizzas, then told her to "suck it up." FML
Today, I was bitched out by a pizza delivery man. I didn't have the cash to pay him for a pizza I didn't even order. FML
Today, when making a delivery for the restaurant I work for, a customer shoved and yelled at me because she didn't get any fries with her order. She didn't order any, which isn't unusual, considering we're a Chinese takeaway and don't even sell them. FML
Today, a lady cussed me out for not bringing her salad and pizza to her table. She then wanted her money back. I work at a buffet; a self-serve buffet. FML
Today, while at work, a customer refused to speak louder, despite me asking her to do it several times. As a result, I took her order incorrectly. The customer then finally decided to raise her voice, but only to yell at me about my poor listening skills. FML
Today, a customer became irrationally angry and called me a "stupid bitch", all because she couldn't use the coupon clearly marked "30% off grocery items" on a prescription from our pharmacy. FML
Today, I called Pizza Hut to order a pizza. A voice recording was reading me their specials. The man had a horrible country accent so I began to make fun of it. Then I realized it was an actual person on the line. FML

correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the free delivery coupon make the cost of delivering to her house free, not the pizza. if that's the case, you should've taken the coupon and delivered it for free to her while she in the store

Yep. I was thinking the same thing. And what kind of pizza place do you work at? Every pizza place that I know of (that offers delivery in the first place) has free delivery anyways! No effing way in heck am I paying a delivery fee!

29 - I don't know of any pizza place that doesn't have a delivery fee. I worked at Pizza Hut, and they charged about two dollars and fifty cents for delivery, which is included in your final total. It's not like we told every single customer that there was a charge (unless they asked for a breakdown of the price, of course). I really thought it was common knowledge that there is a fee for having someone deliver your food to you... Guess not?

exactly what i was thinking! and to the comment above, we order pizza from Dominos all the time and never pay a delivery fee. I thought majority of pizza places have free deliver as long as you meet the minimum order requirement.

Then when he tries to explain that it can only be used for delivery, she goes and becomes an idiot again and tells him he doesn't have 'social skills'. Got it? Now wouldn't you be frustrated?
