well in situations like these it's best to ask for feedback. you could try "what am I doing wrong" or "what would you like me to do?" if she doesn't say anything then at least you tried?

FTR there is not really any such thing as "loose", the ****** is basically elastic. Even if you go from a giant 6" diameter ***** down to your bf's 1.5" diameter penis, the ****** would still retain its original shape. It's like a balloon. The only time it's loose is after child birth, and even then it goes back to... well, more or less the original shape. Kegels help. ... Maybe you're small, maybe she's not the tightest, no matter what the issue you can fix it. She should have been more helpful and told you during if you weren't doing it hard enough, or switched positions because maybe you just aren't great at a certain one. Different positions are definitly key, exspecially if size is the issue. But otherwise she might like it soft and you're going at her like it's the end of the world :P. Talk to her, and if she's not willing to talk to you about it she doesn't deserve an ******.
