Dear OP, I've been through something similar. Family emotionally has bigger impact than other people. I sat down and had a serious talk with my family after we all had a broken relationship for 19 years. We yelled and cried for hours, but now we are a stronger and happier family. You should do that with your mother and brother, tell them how you feel. If it doesn't work, then they are seriously just ****** up people, and you are better off in the future when you move out.
