Unless you have a complete lack of hygiene, there's no reason your penis should have a "flavor" to begin with. Why on earth would you think toothpaste of all things was a good idea? I've never thought to myself "gee, I wish ____ tasted like toothpaste". You're not even supposed to swallow toothpaste, muchless use it as a flavor additive.
