Today, I had to beg my husband not to shave his pubic hair into a handlebar moustache. FML
Today, I'd had enough of the excrement sticking in my butt hair. Now that I'm shaved, I feel my buttocks rubbing together. With every step. FML
Today, I learned that shaving while feeling upset is a very bad idea. FML
Today, my mom told me that I need to shave my beard because it's getting too long. This wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that I'm a woman. FML
Today, I don't know what's worse, the fact that my hair sheds so much, or the fact that I find most of it in my butt crack. FML
Today, I shaved my legs for the first time in three weeks. It took half an hour, three disposable razors, and I cut my legs up so badly they look worse then they did when they were hairy. FML
Today, I realized that it's become a regular occurrence for my mother and me to talk about our pubic hair. I don't know which is worse, the fact that I now know that she shaves it, or the fact that we even talk about this stuff. FML
Today, I asked my dad to please shave his awful beard, because I'm a laughing-stock at school for being picked up each day by a guy whose face looks like Bigfoot's ass. He agreed, and 10 minutes later was sporting a pedo-stache. It's going to be a long year. FML
Today, I had to come to terms with having more facial hair than my boyfriend, despite being female since birth. FML
Today, my mom walked in on me shaving the tops of my legs. She called me a freak, since apparently women aren’t even supposed to grow hair there. FML

Wax. It grows out somehow differently. I use to get waxed and the stubble grows out softer for some odd reason. Maybe different hair growth cycles. But when I shave it's tough and itchy. Lotion helps a lot.

Shaving cuts the hair and leaves it sharp, waxing pulls it out so it grows out soft.

also as hair grows it gets thicker (I'm not talking density of hair growth but rather the individual strands) meaning you have a brittle stub left over where in comparison to newly grown hair you get a soft, fine tip.
