Today, I played The Sims just so I'd know what it was like to live alone, own a home, and have a well-paying job that didn't slowly kill me from the inside out. It was the happiest I've been in months. FML

Today, I woke up to find The Sims 2 running on pause on my laptop. I unpaused to find my character and my boyfriend's were no longer together. Slightly confused, I went on to find the note my boyfriend left. It said, "I hope you can take a hint." I got dumped through a computer game. FML

Today, my son was playing The Sims, when I saw him remove the door to a room and set it on fire with a Sim trapped inside. I chuckled at first, until I saw that the Sim was me. Meanwhile, my wife's Sim was happily painting in the next room, not giving a crap. All too accurate, sadly. FML

Today, my husband of ten years was playing the Sims. I asked him about the house he built. Apparently, it was his dream house, and he recreated himself as a Sim so he could live in it. Then I asked him where the wife was. There was no wife. It was his happy place. FML

The annoying thing is, I submitted an FML that was almost EXACTLY like this three months ago, and it got rejected. Wtf. Anyway, yes, that has happened to me too. Although it's not that strange if you're a master at that game. I say FYL and YDI at the same time. I've long since learned (but have done nothing yet) that you need to actually DO shit to have it happen to you. I agree with #1 though: Sims 3 in less than a month! C'mon, get pumped!

Okay i am getting tired of reading the stupid posts where people complain that their virtual life is better than their real life!!! Stop complaining and do something with your life geez!!!!!!!! I'm sorry that your life is so boring, but I don't want to read about it. Especially since I have already read it a million times before! If you hate your virtual life so much, then just stop playing!
