There are legal issues around forcing people to work in conditions like that. check the OSHA site for the minimum temp we are allowed to force people to work in. if it's below that then exercise your right to leave.

I would also like to add that you can report your workplace to OSHA and they will come inspect (and fine them, if needed)... I've done this for a dental office before.

It is currently 80 degrees here in Oklahoma. We just got out of a long cold front. Now we should be in the clear till spring though. Yay! :D
