Today, my mom took me to an AA meeting because she said I needed help. I have never tried alcohol in my life, and told them this. I was then harangued by the "instructor" because apparently one of the signs of alcoholism is denial. FML

my mom asked me if I had a drinking problem too... I was 21 or 22 living at home due to some unfortunate circumstances, she asked if I wanted anything from the store and I gave her cash asking to pick up a six pack of smirnoff ice T.T lol at the time a six-pack lasted me about a month but apparently I had a drinking problem xc
