Give the girl a break! You, Dad and old friends from HS are probably the last people she wants to see in there. It is what it is. You could play it for potential hookups. There is nothing hotter than sister friends and coworkers! My advice is to jump on your sister's team on this one. Call her or take her to coffee and tell her it was a surprise and awkward for you seeing her there but you are not judgmental about it. Then keep your mouth shut about that with old friends and family. Her business is her business. If they bring it up, tell them you already knew about it and nothing more.
