Maybe he wants to date a girl who doesn't have a lot of likes and guys commenting on her pictures? Maybe he doesn't like competition? A lot of people here assume he wants a girl with many likes but it could be the other way around. Sometimes when a girl has tons of likes and attention it could mean less chance of being noticed.
