Today, my boss fired me for dating a co-worker. There's no policy forbidding it; he just thought it was unfair that I could get with the "hottest girl who works here" but he can't. I live in an at-will employment state. FML

Even an an At-Will state, your employer still needs a legitimate reason to fire you. Go to a lawyer and sue for wrongful termination. You have an easy to win case. The question will be how do you wish to settle? And requiring your job back with back pay and all lost benefits is an option.
