Today, I woke up in my living room after having a party. I then realized my fish tank with many different species was missing from its usual spot. After searching for a few minutes, I finally found it in the freezer. FML

Obviously you cannot life a full fish tank, so they must have drained it first. So did they out the fish back or could they be hidden somewhere else?

I suppose the fishes were just chillin'. xD

I would be LIVID if some drunk assholes killed my fish. My brother likes to throw parties (and I do too but they're pretty gentle and rare (and he's 24 and I'm 21)). A few times I've almost punched his friends because they almost fall into the side of my tanks, have stuck their hands into the water trying to catch them, or talked about pouring alcohol into the tank. I have a 125 gallon tank with a couple of large koi that I've had for nearly 3 years and have grown to love, along with some medium and small ones that I've gotten recently, and a carnival goldfish that I've had for a year. I also have a 27 cube community tank with tetras, mollies and a beta. I think of all my fish as my babies and care about them very much. I'm so sorry for your loss OP :( -hugs- and I hope the people who did it fess up or help you to set up a new tank

Yeah, being drunk isn't an excuse to kill innocent and fascinating animals.

Who says they're innocent? Some pet fish can be carnivorous little blighters!

#40 is right., to this day my mother will swear that one of my fish killed and ate the other ones, while I never saw evidence of the fish killing another, I did see the fish eat another that had passed away, and I did have a few aggressive fish

It's the ciiiiiircle of liiiiiiiiiiife! And it moves us alllllllllllllll!

91 Fish will eat another dead fish if it's left in the tank and not taken out quickly enough. And in my community tank I had 5 out of 6 tetras go missing. It was either the beta or the 2 mollies ate them, but the surviving terra was the biggest one. Since then when I get new tetras from the pet store I get the biggest ones in their tank and none of them have gone missing since

Fresh is so much better than frozen..

That is so cruel. How could you door that to your fish. Stop drinking and act like a decent human being. YDI. No sympathies from me.

Um yeah he wasn't the one who did that. Learn to read.

How exactly does someone "door" something to fish? Just curious.

Omg poor fish, lol the weirdest things happen at parties.

Sorry OP I'm only saying this because no one else did, let it go...

It only took you a few minutes of searching to find them in the freezer? What made you think to look there? A vague memory of putting them there yourself, maybe?
