Most people our age have a more mature and realistic attitude towards sex and relationships. You've probably missed out on a lot of great relationships with quality women that way. And you're already starting to get to that age where women your age want more than just a cheap thrill, and that's only going to get worse for you as you get older. And no, 18 year olds will not always be attracted to you as you get older, unless you're willing and able to spend shit tons of money to support them financially so that they don't have to work simply so you can get some young ass.
