Today, my girlfriend moved to Germany for her Master's degree and perhaps a PhD. I'm still stuck in this third world mess which we call India. I simped for her and agreed that she can have non-serious relationships with other men. I'm so broken. FML

you sound very unhappy. I recommend doing the hard thing and breaking up with her. staying in this relationship is obviously doing your mental health no good and will only hold you back in life.

To put it indelicately, she asked for and you gave her permission to try out other guys to see if she finds someone she likes better. Just the asking for this pretty much means it’s over. On the other hand turn about is always fair play so you have been given the same opportunity. You can mourn your probable lost love or you can look for another girlfriend. Its time to do the look for another girlfriend. If you find someone who is better for you, that will be good and you have lost nothing.

This right here. This arrangement is telling her OP will accept ANY treatment for the ILLUSION that she loves him. Get free now, and don't take any lullaby about how she "truly loves only you" and glosses over the fact that she's figuratively got OP's gonads in a jar in her room that she can glance at to make herself feel superior to him.
