Today, I was told at my babysitting job that I can't bring my toddler with me. My employer is my best friend. Now I have to find a babysitter for my kid if I want to babysit hers. FML

I see how that would suck but I stand behind the employer on this one. They're paying you to watch their kid so an employee needs to go by their conditions. Possibilities: child may have told parents problems when toddler is around, not giving enough attention to child, underlying problems.

I wouldn't be babysitting for her any more. I babysit my friend's kid all the time and she's just grateful to have somebody help her out. I also don't charge my friend money though, it's a favour for a friend.

It seems with many moms they get very competitive with their kids and create confusing conflicts like this...so i see often and ruins their friendships
