Today, I was home alone in the shower when in the opening of the curtain, I could see a man in a ski mask. I passed out, hit my head on the tub. I then found out it was my dad pulling a prank on me. I almost died cause my dad wanted to see me scream like a girl. FML

Hey, original poster here.. He wasnt trying to see me naked. We have a shower curtain where u can see out if ur in the shower but cant see in if your out. And i did almost die because i cracked my head open.

I think you're exaggerating the "almost died" part... Anyway, this doesn't bode well for if someone actually broke into your house, you'd pass out, and the burglar would be 50 miles away with your TV before you could wake up and call the police.

how is he exaggerating about almost dyeing. he fell in the tub, his body was already in a slight state of shock because of being scared shitless, hit his head, went unconcious, adn cracked his head open. so he has a concusion and he factured his skull, a fragment of his skull could have lodged itsself into his brain and he could have had a lot of brain damage. plus he was bleading from his head. immagine his dad scarred him and ran out of the bathroom and thought his son was taking so long because he was crying off, getting dressed and thinking of a way to get back at him.. he could have easily died

Okayyy... your father came into the bathroom while you were naked and in the shower. OP, I don't care WHAT kind of shower curtain you have, that fact alone is enough to make this really seriously ****** up. When you add that your father was wearing a mask and trying to scare you - while naked and vulnerable in every sense - adds a whole other layer of manipulation and cruelty that's really disturbing. He has got ISSUES. If your bathroom door doesn't lock, I suggest maybe showering when he's not home in the future. Or this: wait until he's asleep, then go into his room and let out a blood-curdling scream. Then he'll know exactly what it sounds like, and you'll both (hopefully) be fully clothed. Win-win.
