Today, I saw someone drive recklessly as if they were drunk. When I called the cops, I got pulled over by another cop for talking on my cell phone. FML

That sucks man. I'm sure if you explain to the judge they should drop the ticket or at least the fee partially.

As much as I hate when people talk on their cell phones while driving, I have to admit that billboard is horribly misleading in that case. I agree, FYL.

i dunno where you live, but in new york its not illegal to drive while on the talking on the phone IF youre calling 911 or the police. you probably shouldve explained that to the policeman. if you did, just explain it to the judge. show them your recent calls if you have to

#86, the law isnt as vague as "you can commit a crime if youre preventing a worse one" but there are certain laws which allow you to do just that. for example, look at my last post

number 13 knows what is going on! in some states in the U.S. we get to do all kinds of cool shit while driving like eat full course meals, talk on the cell phone, put on make-up, play with the ipod, and even send text messages!

OMG..That sucks for you...Even when you try to do the right thing it bites u in the ass

YDI Don’t try helping the police, either. If you report a crime, they are trained to suspect you. If you try to do your duty as a citizen, they are trained to assume that you are nevertheless guilty of something and they will therefore investigate you. Don’t expect to receive a promised reward, either. They are evil and evildoers tend to lie. Don’t trust the police! YDI
