Today, I'm working for a company that makes over a million dollars a year, yet leaves me with no choice but to pee in a cup because they won't pay to fix the only toilet in the building. FML

A million dollars a year even in profits isn't that much for a company you need to consider that they have to pay rent, employees, taxes, utilities, merchandise, advertising, and they have to support their family as well so after all that is factored out maybe they can't afford to fix it

surely there is another establishment of some kind within a close enough distance from you that you could use their bathroom. and if your company says anything about it then tell them that you have a right to be able to use a bathroom when needed and if they won't fix the one in the building then they need to get used to bathroom breaks being 15-20mins long. employees need to stand up for themselves seriously.

In the USA there are laws against this kind of stuff I would call Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) this is a health hazard and degrading to employees.
