Today, I had to buy a new boxcutter for work after our old one broke. It came in a box, the type which policy requires a boxcutter to open. FML

See and cops wonder why I carry two blades at any given time. A real knife is a universal tool, if it cannot do the task it can make the tool. Note knives aren't weapons. A dagger, dirk, stiletto, parachute knife, switchblade etcetera are weapons.

Push in the sides of the box along the tape seam. You can then grab the back side of the tape and peel it off the top. :) hope this helps
