Ik I'll get thumbs down for this, butting letting yourself get THAT out of shape??! Really? Take care of your body. I do admire your change of heart. That's good you stepped up to the plate. Obviously if you've stopped working out for so long, you have to go back to th basics. Its to bad people let themselve go like that. So congrats on getting back on track! :)

Thats sad, i am 14 and im football, yesterday i ran suicides all day for conditioning, and it was over 2 hours
Christ woman if you're that out of shape you can't just jump into working out. Sometimes warm ups are hard. Just go for a damn walk! A steady paced walk. Start off slowwww
at least you didn't black out from dehydration after a 20 mile bike ride, like me
Unless you're morbidly obese, you might have a heart condition.... that's not normal, even for someone who's really out of shape...

why would you need to shower after doing nothing
