Today, after an argument with my pianist girlfriend about how bad my favourite song would sound on the piano, she stormed out of the room crying, leaving behind a CD. It was the piano version of the song she'd made for me. FML

Unless you're a musician you shouldn't have just said it would sound bad. I feel like non musicians always judge how things would sound before they listen. People have said they like me playing a song on Marimba better then the actual song. Don't be so harsh. I've heard heavy metal played on a wide range of instruments and they all sound good.
