Today, I found out that all together, I have mono, strep, a UTI, and a enlarged spleen. How am I going to tell my friend that I made out with his dad, and now his dad is sick? This man gives his newborn kisses every night. FML

I don't understand, why do you need to tell anything to your friend? As long as his Dad is aware of what he has he should tell to whomever is relevant I'm sorry I'm sick please keep some distance. Something is missing..

I think the part of the story that's missing is that this is a young woman who is most likely sleeping with a married man and she doesn't want her friend the daughter of the married man to find out.

You need to tell him. He could be putting that newborn in life-threatening danger otherwise. It’s probably gonna suck but not as much as a deceased infant.
