Time to do your duty and inform him. Call him and say "You have (insert name of STD)". When he asks how come, say "Because I have (insert name of STD) and I only ever slept with you." Then watch him freak out. It's fun!

I had a similar thing happen. A week after we ended things, my ex had a new girl move in with him that he was sleeping with. Then he found out he had an STD. He let me know cuz he couldn’t remember if he started sleeping with the new girl before or after we broke up. It was before. He didn’t understand why I was so mad at him for it.
