Today, I was at my friend's birthday party, dancing barefoot because my feet hurt from my shoes' heels. Apparently, someone dropped a glass on the dancefloor and didn't warn anybody. I ended up having to drive myself to the emergency room because all my friends were "having too much fun to leave." FML

Today, at a house party someone smashed and spilled their drink. In my own drunken state, I decided to get the mop as someone might fall. I then fell over it and ended up with glass in my side. FML

Today, I thought it would be fun to make a grand entrance at a party by doing a backflip through the door. I misjudged the height of the door frame, crashed my shins into it, and landed on my face right on a pile of shoes by the door. The host asked if I needed an ambulance. FML

Today, whilst babysitting, I broke a glass. I explained to the kid that it was very important not to walk barefoot around where it had happened, because of the tiny bits of glass. He jumped back, scared, and while doing so tripped. I rushed to help him and ran through the broken glass. Barefoot. FML

Today, I was at a friend’s birthday party. I slipped and fell onto the table of presents, knocking each one of them over, pulling a muscle in the process. My friend bitched me out for not being careful and “ruining” his presents. I got kicked out. FML

Today, I was at a family dinner, which had gone into meltdown after my aunt said something sarcastic about my mother's drinking. I went out for some fresh air and stumbled about in the dark, unaware of the fact that a pool was being dug. I fell into the huge hole and lost a shoe. FML

Today, while celebrating at my friend's birthday party, I fell down a flight of stairs, got into a fight with my flatmate, and ruined my friend's outfit after drinking too much. I'm expecting I'll need to find a new place to live tomorrow. FML

Today, I was wearing flip flops whilst putting out the trash, and was careful not to step near the broken glass surrounding the trash cans. My mother ran up to me hysterically warning me about the glass, which startled me and caused me to step on a shard, slicing my foot open. FML

Today, I went to my first university party already a little drunk. I perched on the end of a table to cool off from the dancing and the whole table tipped over and dumped me onto the floor. I was promptly laughed out of the room. FML

#24 Not necessarily bull: if the car was an automatic, then only one foot is needed to drive it. That leaves room enough for one injured foot and one okay foot for driving. Even if it wasn't an automatic, you can still drive with a cut foot; it's just really hurt, which makes it even more of a FML if you're having to hit your pedals with a cut up foot. Ouch.

Wow, everyone's saying "Who takes their shoes off to dance?"... Does nobody go out anymore? Kicking off uncomfortable shoes - heels or otherwise - is completely common.

I clicked both FYL and YDI it, because it sucks that your none of your friends were willing to help when you cut your foot all up, and it's your own fault for wearing such uncomfortable shoes that you had to go barefoot to dance. I don't even own a pair of heels, because they're so ridiculous.

That really sucks! I hope that your feet heal up quickly and that you find some better friends. For those of you who say that she deserves it, obviously you have never had so much fun at a party that you just wanted to keep going even though your feet are tired and sore. And also for those of you saying that you only need one foot to drive... Ever hear of manual transmissions? They have three pedals!! So you need both feet to drive.
