Today, I was singing the National Anthem at a school game and totally forgot the words. So I kept singing the same two lines over and over. FML

You'd think if you're in charge of singing the anthem you'd have brushed up on it first... However if you were just in the crowd no big deal.

I know exactly how you feel. This fall I was singing at my school's Vetran's Day assembly and my voice cracked and I couldn't get back on key. It's a really hard thing to do. Don't give up on it though. It gets easier!

Don't feel bad. It truly is the American singer's worst nightmare to have to sing that song. It's hard. If people laugh at you, tell them to get up in front of everybody and do it!
