Oh all the evil things you could do... I'd start with calling his command and informing them of his extra marital affairs, as you see the military seriously frowns upon that shit. Then, once the douchebag gets into deep shit, you can serve him with divorce papers. Ouch. Sorry. I'm a very pro military person, and I have friends who are Marines and one's leaving for Japan pretty soon, but I get aggravated hearing stuff like that. Hey, go report it, if you have evidence of it, there are consequences. My coaches ex husband did the same while he was in Cali, she reported it and got divorced n all.
